> Kalkaal Home Care Inc. is a licensed Minnesota home care provider offering PCA, CFSS, and 245D waivered home and community-based services across the Twin Cities metro and statewide Minnesota. Founded in 2005, serving the community for over two decades. We provide compassionate, multilingual, culturally-responsive care to seniors, children, and adults with disabilities — serving people of every background, culture, and language. Most services are covered by Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and Minnesota waivers at no cost to qualifying clients.
